Palo Brea Maricopa Arizona Real Estate: Homes Sold

Oct 2010:  1 home sold for $58,000.  This property was a short-sale that was originally listed for $75,000 then reduced to $55,000 and eventually sold for $58,000.  The home contains 3 bedrooms, 2 bath with 14114 square feet and was on the market for a total of 148 days.   The home was a newer home as it was built in 2007. 

Sept 2010:  2 houses were purchased.  One was a 4 bedroom, 2 bath, 1900 square foot house and sold for $86,900 and the other property was a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath with 4,512 square feet and sold for $148,500.

Aug 2010: 1 home sold this month for $108,000 with 2500 square feet and sold over list price in 15 days!!

July 2010: No propeties sold this month.

June 2010: 2 homes sold; one sold for $80,000 with 1900 sqft. and the other sold for $132,000 with 2500 sqft. 

Jan. to May 2010: 6 homes have sold during this time period.  The average list price was $89,000 and the average sold price was $91,000 with a square footage of 1,937. 5 of the 6 homes were bank owned homes and 1 was a short-sale.
