Bowlin Road in Maricopa, Arizona, on the far southeast edge of Phoenix, Arizona Metro area. The community is 27 miles south of Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport along AZ State Route 347.

Desert Cedars is another subdivision located south of the railroad tracks in Maricopa AZ. Desert Cedars is smaller compared to it neighboring subdivisions and the features are limited to a play center with open fields and green belts.
