The most expensive property is a waterfront lot home with lake views; 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and over 2600 square feet. This home is listed at $349,000.
A new home from Meritage is listed for $191,000 and features 2 bedrooms, 2 baths with 1700 square feet.

March: 9 active adult living real estate transactions closed this month with an average price of $170,000 with 1700 sqft with an average of 148 days on the market. The average price dropped this month to $170K since 7 properties closed for $180,000 or under and the other 2 homes sold for over $200,000.
Feb: The number of homes increased this month to 8 with an average selling price of $193,000. The average square feet was 1991 and on the market for 85 days. The most affordable home sold for $138,000 and featured 1500 while the most expensive property was a waterfront lot home that sold for $236,000.
Jan 2012: 6 homes sold this month with an average price of $174,000 with 2000 sqft and on the market for 110 days.
Dec: 5 homes closed this month with an average price of $133,000 with just under 1700 square feet.

Sept: 8 properties in Province recorded this month. The average home sold for $156,000 with a little over 1600 square feet and selling over list price. The deal of the month was a 1100 sqft home that sold for $88K. The most expensive house was a new home built by Meritage with 2 bedroom, 2000 sqft and closed for $239,000. The list to selling price was 1.01% (which means both homes sold for an average of a little over list price).
Aug: 2 homes sold this month and both featured 2 room, 2 baths; one with 1300 sqft and the other with 1500 sqft. The smaller property closed at $118,000 and the other property closed at $120,000.
July: 3 properties closed ranging from $190K - $237K. Property # 1 sold for $190K with 1700 sqft as it was a bank owned home; Property # 2 was a new home and sold for $225,00 with 2000 sqft and the last property was a traditional sale that closed at $237K.
June: No real estate transaction occurred this month.
May: 6 real estate transactions were completed this month. The average selling price was $193,000 with 2018 square feet. The most affordable home sold at $157,500 and featured 1324 square feet with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. As for the most luxurious home sold this month, it featured just under over 2200 square feet with a selling price of $234,000.
From Jan. 1 to April 17th: 25 homes have sold. The lowest property sold for $89,900 as it was a 1 bedroom with 1100 square feet while the highest was $320,000. The average sold price is $189,000 with 1933 square feet. Even though 3 properties sold above asking price and 5 sold for list price, the average home sold for 95% of list price.
5 of the homes sold were short-sales with an average price of $190,000 with 2200 square feet and sold at the same percentage of 95 % of list price. 6 properties were bank owned or foreclosures with an average selling price of $146,000 with 1700 square feet that sold at 96% to list price
Oct - Dec 2010: 4 properties on the water sold. 2 homes were 1700 square feet and the other 2 were 2600 sqft. The more affordable of the 1700 sqft property sold at $160,000. This property was sold as a short-sale and was on the market for 190 days. The other property sold at $226,000 and was also a short-sale that was on the market for over 500 days and originally listed at $399,000.

Pool Hours: The indoor pool is closed from 8-915am on Monday-Friday for water aerobics and for water volleyball on Monday and Friday from 1-3pm.
Outdoor Pool rules. As a reminder, children are welcome to use the outdoor pool from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm, Monday through Sunday. According to the Province Rules & Regulations, a child is anyone under 19 years of age. All children must be supervised by an adult.
